For those seeking to reconnect with themselves at their own pace, Azul's approach offers a supportive and personalized journey of self-discovery. We understand that life's challenges, such as trauma or other hardships, can lead to disconnection from our own bodies and inner selves.

Azul uses a holistic approach that includes breathwork, art, movement, and meditation to help you feel more present with yourself in a way that works for you. This tailored approach is designed to empower you to rediscover your inner strength and wisdom, all while respecting your unique pace and needs.

Azul's wisdom from their lived experience enriches their offerings, providing a depth of understanding and empathy that sets the stage for profound transformation. At Mariposx Healing, I am dedicated to supporting you through your personal growth and reconnection with the most you version of you.

Please take a look at the offerings below for support. All offerings can take place virtually or in person at a private location in La Mesa, CA or another mutually agreed upon location in San Diego, CA. All offerings can be offered as single or multiple on-going sessions.

Death and Grief Support

1 hr | $80-$150

Virtual or in-person

This offering is for people who need support with tending to their emotions as they go through transitions or experiences with death.

This offering is for people who just lost a loved one included but not limited to family members, pets, or other meaningful connections. We can honor your loved ones or tend to any emotions coming up for you.

This offering is for people going through personal transitions in their life such as divorce, quitting a job, undergoing gender affirming surgery, moving locations, and any other transitions.

This offering is for people that are considering having an abortion or have had an abortion and need judgement free support.

This offering is also for people who want to learn to honor death and prepare for their own physical death.

The supportive tools we can use are altar creation, guided meditation, somatic movement, nature walks, art, and expressive writting.

Guided Meditation

1 hr | $80-$150

Virtual or in-person

Connect to the practice of meditation as a conduit of support and expansion.

Your meditation can be tailored based on your intention. Some examples include: Connecting to ancestors, grounding and connecting to the land, expressing and releasing overwhelming emotions, connecting to past, present and future versions of yourself, tending to your inner child, envisioning your dreams and desires, expanding your perception, and many other possibilities.

I will use my medicine drum or rattle to help you ground and go within.

Somatic Movement

1 hr | $80-$150

Virtual or in-person

Connect to the wisdom of your body through movement. This can help you feel more confident to honor your intuition, set boundaries, and take up space unapologetically. Feel your own energy, creativity, and presences as you move.

This session includes a brief platica (talk), a guided meditation, breathwork, stretching, and slow and mid-paced movements. I will play my drum as you meditate or move. We can accommodate the session based on your mobility, intention, and preference.

We will talk about whatever comes up for you and co-create a plan to support you moving forward.

Movement medicine can also be used to express your emotions. The session will be co-created based on your intention.

Transformation Sessions

1hr | $80-$150

Virtual or in-person

Transformation sessions are an intentional and expansive space to explore how to become more yourself.

What does becoming more yourself mean for you? How can you embody your most genuine and true expression in this moment?

Maybe that means exploring limiting perceptions and conditioning about yourself and where that came from.

Maybe that means taking up space with your identities, ex, queerness, immigrant, person of color, role in community, transness.

Maybe ite means taking action towards your dreams. Quitting your job, getting a divorce, getting top surgery or using a different name and pronouns.

I want to support you and hold space for you to embody whatever being more yourself means for you.

The tools we can use to support you during the sessions are journaling, creative writting, somatic movement, art and altar creation, drumming, and meditation.
