About the event
A guided meditation with rose + movement session for BIPOC to connect with softness, boundaries and collective love. Facilitated by Carmen from Duality Heartwork and Azul from Mariposx Healing. We will connect to the medicine of Rose by drinking a tea and meditating with it. We will then express ourselves through movement.
This community circle will be an opportunity to explore the messages that Rose so beautifully shares, while also exploring our connections to beauty, boundaries, softness, and love for human and non-human kin. Please wear something comfortable you can move in and bring anything that feels supportive to you like a mat or cozy blanket.
