Dreams and Desires Tea Meditation and Movement

A guided tea meditation with Lemon Verbena + movement session for BIPOC to connect with dreams, desires, and possibilities. Facilitated by Carmen from Duality Heartwork and Azul from Mariposx Healing.

We will connect to the medicine of Lemon Verbena by drinking a tea and meditating with it. We will then express ourselves through movement. This community circle will be an opportunity to explore the messages that Lemon Verbena beautifully shares about the sweetness of possibilities, while also exploring why our dreams and desires are important within collective liberation. 

Mask use is required. Please wear something comfortable you can move in and bring anything that feels supportive to you like a mat or cozy blanket. 

The space is wheelchair accessible. $20-$30 Sliding Scale.
